Ok, I’m staying away from political talks today (and all together for that matter) because I’m sure that will be covered in length all over Tumblr today.

So let us talk about October Fest instead! Here we have the Hopworksfiets Bike Bar built by Metrofiets in Portland, OR of course. What is there to say about it, other than it is possibly the coolest bicycle ever made! The lines for the beer are cooled, there is a counter top with a tap, a cage in back for carrying pizzas, and it even comes with a sweet retro radio. I just wouldn’t want to be the guy that has to pedal that thing.

So I have been looking into how to get a utility bike for most of my morning.  I prefer the ones that I saw frequently in Amsterdam (the city of resourceful and respected cyclists), which have a barrow-esque tub between handlebars and front wheel.
